The property features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. An electric George Foreman grill is located on the balcony for easy cook-outs. Units on lower floors are limited to views of the pool or gulf but from 305 you also see these and the beach---a perfect view not only from the balcony but from the kitchen, dining, and living area. Watch the dolphins make their morning swim just past the sandbar as you drink coffee on your balcony  There are books, games, 4 cable TVs with Netflix, and WIFI available for your use.  Everything you would want in a luxury beachfront condominium!

The property is gated  with a private beach gate available only to the 24 units in the complex. You may have heard about some of the "customary use" arguments occurring on 30A--not a problem when you are staying beachfront and the condominium association owns the property down to the high tide line. A beautiful pool surrounded by beach chairs and umbrellas is available for guests as well as a pool house and ice machine. This is ideal for families on the occasional days when beaches sport "red flags" and swimming conditions in the gulf are not ideal. An elevator and carts are available for luggage transfer. The property is an easy walking distance to a convenience store as well as several restaurants, boutiques, golf course, and a bike rental location.
